
Some people eat to live and others live to eat. I think I am a mix of both. Although, as a busy college student I often do not have time to sit down to a full course meal. That is the number one reason why I love this green protein drink.
Normally, I make this minutes before I leave my house at around 8:30 am and I feel satisfied until at least 2:30 pm. With that said, every once in a while I feel hungry earlier even after drinking my protein drink and I will eat something. I do not expect this to be my one and only meal the entire day, that wouldn’t be healthy, but overall it does a good job of filling me up. Here is the recipe!

Brooklyn’s Favorite Dairy Free Green Protein Drink
12-14 ounces of unsweetned almond millk
1-2 Scoops of Chocolate Orgain Powder
1/2 Scoop of PB Fit Powder
1/2 of a ripe banana
1/4 Cup of Oatmeal
A large handful of spinach
4 Ice Cubes
1 Scoop of Vital Proteins Collagen Boost (I always add this at the end and pulse it because it becomes super frothy if blended too much!)
I love this drink, and it makes me even happier that it is dairy free and quite healthy.
